About the event
I wanted to create a space for not only me to share my joy with others but for all of us to share and partake in community joy.
The world is crazy right now....probably always will be...and our lives can feel the same. We are all going through something, and learning to lean into the small joys in life not only makes it bearable but makes life feel like an adventure!!
Each session will have a different theme. But the main objective is for you to leave feeling uplifted, happy, and seen.
